Valla Beach Tavern Membership Terms & Conditions

 

Membership & Fees

• A $20.00 fee applies at the time of sign-up and annually for renewal.

• Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Renewal is required to maintain active member status and access benefits

 

Member Cards

• Member cards are issued in the name of the applicant only and are not transferable.

• Both physical and digital wallet member cards are available for use.

• To access benefits, members must present their member card at the time of purchase. Staff cannot award benefits retrospectively once a sale has been finalised.

• Photos or screenshots of member cards will not be accepted in place of the physical or digital wallet card.

• Member cards remain the property of Valla Beach Tavern. Cards may be cancelled or voided at management’s discretion if misused.

• Lost or stolen cards must be reported to management. Replacement cards will be issued.

 

Member Benefits

• Members are entitled to the following benefits while their membership remains current:

  • 5% discount on bar beverages (excludes bottleshop).

  • Extended happy hour until 5:30pm (regular happy hour ends at 5:00pm).

  • Birthday meal voucher valid during the member’s birthday week (conditions apply).

  • 10% discount on Valla Beach Tavern merchandise.

  • Access to priority bookings, promotions and events including Joker Poker and weekly members draw.

 

Conditions of Use

• Benefits apply to the member only and cannot be transferred to other persons.

• Misuse of a member card, including allowing another person to use it or attempting to claim benefits on behalf of non-members, will result in cancellation.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

 

Communication & Privacy

• By joining, members consent to receive occasional promotional material, offers, and updates from Valla Beach Tavern.

• Member information will be handled in accordance with relevant privacy legislation.

 

Membership Renewal & Expiry

• If renewal is not completed within 12 months of expiry, membership will lapse and benefits will cease.

• Lapsed members must pay the $20.00 fee to rejoin the program.

 

Business Changes & Amendments

• In the event the business is sold, members will be notified via email prior to handover. Continuation of benefits will be at the discretion of new management.

• Valla Beach Tavern reserves the right to amend benefits, terms, or conditions at any time. Continued use of the member card constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
